# TalentProof

TalentProof (talentproof.ai) is a skill verification product for small US staffing/recruiting desks and lean in-house hiring. It is not an ATS, not an AI sourcing or LinkedIn-search tool, not a background-check CRA, and not a replacement for a human hiring decision.

One link for intake. Filter before your calls. Verify before live interviews.

Job match scores and resume flags are advisory. They surface call prep and do not auto-reject candidates on their own. Knockout questions and pre-screening criteria you set on a role can auto-filter applicants when auto-reject is enabled. Rules you control per job.

Production snapshot (July 2026): candidates who finish the assessment and leave feedback rate it 4.6/5. Typical assessment length is about 11 minutes on average (varies by role).
