We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and product-minded Founding Growth Marketer to establish and scale our demand generation engine in India from the ground up. This role is pivotal in bringing TalentProof.ai's solution to B2B SaaS recruiters and founders, directly addressing the growing challenge of "Resume Inflation" with AI-powered verification.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy for the US & India market from scratch.
- Identify high-intent communities (e.g., LinkedIn Groups, Reddit, Peerlist) where target audiences (Recruiters, Founders) discuss pain points and strategically insert TalentProof.ai's value proposition.
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based cold outreach systems (e.g., Expandi, Dripify) ensuring high deliverability and compliance without risking account safety.
- Craft provocative, non-spammy, and highly engaging copy for outreach campaigns and community interactions that resonate with and trigger responses from tired recruiters.
- Leverage a deep understanding of AI's impact on candidate behavior to articulate TalentProof.ai's "Anti-Cheat" messaging effectively.
- Operate efficiently within a stealth startup environment, utilizing tools and automation over manual processes wherever possible.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, specifically within the Indian market.
- Demonstrable track record in demand generation and successfully engaging with target audiences in online communities.
- Deep fluency in AI's role in candidate applications and the ability to message against "Resume Inflation" as a core value proposition.
- Hands-on expertise in setting up and managing cloud-based cold outreach platforms (e.g., Expandi, Dripify) with a strong focus on deliverability and avoiding spam flags.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, capable of producing compelling, non-spammy content that drives engagement and response.
- A "product-minded" approach to growth, understanding target user needs and pain points to inform marketing strategies.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage, and sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scaling a growth function from 0 to 1 within a startup.
- Familiarity with the recruitment technology or HR tech landscape in India.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
