TalentProof is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This commission-based role is ideal for an individual passionate about identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact between TalentProof and potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing directly to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients and target markets through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry directories.
• Initiate outbound contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms to introduce TalentProof's services.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and alignment with our solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously learn about TalentProof's offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value proposition.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to research, identify, and engage with potential clients effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex services and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the HR Tech or talent acquisition industry.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
• Proficiency with modern sales engagement platforms.
