Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with TalentProof's vision, values, and growth objectives.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding. Create a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.
• Compensation & Benefits: Research, design, and manage a competitive, equity-centric compensation and rewards framework, ensuring compliance and attractiveness for top talent.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion and cultivate a strong company culture, fostering employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Performance Management: Establish performance management systems that support employee development, feedback, and growth.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Build and manage HR operational processes, systems, and tools. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or founding role within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Early-Stage Expertise: Proven track record of building HR functions, policies, and programs from scratch.
• Compensation Acumen: Deep understanding of startup compensation models, including equity, and the ability to design compelling total rewards packages.
• Strategic & Hands-on: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, comfortable with both high-level vision and day-to-day HR operations.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems relevant to early-stage companies.

TalentProof is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This commission-based role is ideal for an individual passionate about identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact between TalentProof and potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing directly to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients and target markets through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry directories.
• Initiate outbound contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms to introduce TalentProof's services.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and alignment with our solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously learn about TalentProof's offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value proposition.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to research, identify, and engage with potential clients effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex services and solutions.
