Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a focus on visual design, interaction design, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual designs, including typography, color theory, iconography, and layout.
• Experience in designing and implementing micro-interactions and animations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

TalentProof is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our pre-revenue B2B and B2C HR technology SaaS startup. This pivotal role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, build a world-class sales organization from the ground up, drive early customer acquisition, and play a critical role in securing future funding.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust revenue generation strategy, encompassing sales, business development, and customer success, aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Define, build, and optimize the entire go-to-market engine, including pricing strategies, sales processes, and customer acquisition funnels for both B2B and B2C segments.
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales, business development, and customer success team from the ground up, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
• Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive early customer acquisition and ARR growth, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing performance against targets.
• Funding & Investor Relations: Play a critical role in securing future funding rounds by demonstrating clear revenue traction, a compelling sales pipeline, and a scalable revenue model.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation roles, with at least 3-5 years as a VP of Sales/Revenue or CRO, ideally within a pre-revenue or early-stage SaaS startup.
• Startup Acumen: Proven track record of successfully building and scaling sales organizations and go-to-market strategies from scratch in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• HR Tech Domain Knowledge: Experience in the HR technology space is highly preferred, with an understanding of both B2B enterprise and B2C consumer-facing sales motions.
• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex revenue strategies that drive significant growth.
• Leadership & Team Building: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy to diverse audiences, including investors, customers, and internal teams.
