Position: Front End Developer/Sr. Front End Developer

Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the Front End (Angular) technologies

• Develop user-facing features using Angular framework

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance

• Code optimization for maximum performance and scalability

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues related to scalability, reliability, and security

• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development

• Work closely with project managers, tech-leads and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Git branching and merging

• Proficiency in Git branching, merging and life cycle for CI/CD 

• Proficient in core computer programming principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts 

• Hands-on experience in Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and HTML

• Fundamental understanding of networking and HTTP protocol, REST API, JSON, and contemporary frameworks like Angular

• Competent in Component interaction, both built-in and custom Pipes, Dependency Injection, Routing, Modules, and services within Angular

• Strong command over TypeScript language and NPM

• Ability to write cross-browser compatible code

• Proficiency in developing lightweight, well-optimized, and high-performance code

• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making

• Capable of working independently without constant supervision

• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, coupled with a collaborative attitude towards teamwork

• Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project need

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred

• The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years (The agreement will not be applicable for candidates with 3+ years of experience

This commission-based role is ideal for an individual passionate about identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact between TalentProof and potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing directly to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients and target markets through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry directories.
• Initiate outbound contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms to introduce TalentProof's services.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and alignment with our solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously learn about TalentProof's offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value proposition.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to research, identify, and engage with potential clients effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex services and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the HR Tech or talent acquisition industry.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
• Proficiency with modern sales engagement platforms.
