What Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, SmartRecruiters, and Workday already do
Leading ATS platforms are built for requisitions, pipeline stages, scheduling, compliance, and reporting — and many teams already use them for pre-screening.
Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever support auto-reject on application questions you configure (work authorization, location, certifications, and similar knockouts). Ashby offers AI-assisted application review to sort inbound resumes. Greenhouse Talent Matching (Real Talent) ranks applicants against a recruiter-built calibration. SmartRecruiters and similar platforms also offer knockout screening questions — assistive triage, not a replacement for your judgment.
That stack still leaves a gap before live time: proctored skill proof, session integrity signals, and a verified scorecard you can attach before a client submit or engineering interview — without running a 40-minute interview or take-home on every applicant.

You still schedule live interviews and run compliance (background checks, offer paperwork) outside TalentProof — we are not a full ATS or background vendor. Many lean teams start here and add Greenhouse or Ashby later.
We use Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever — do we switch?
No. Post the TalentProof job page link on Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, LinkedIn, or your careers page. Review and verify in TalentProof; mirror the scorecard into your ATS when you advance. We sit in front of live interview time — not instead of your ATS.
Do Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever already pre-screen applicants?
Yes — leading ATS platforms support knockout and auto-reject rules on application questions you configure, and many offer AI help to triage inbound resumes. TalentProof does not replace that. Is TalentProof duplicate if we already use ATS knockouts?
Only for hard filters on application answers — that overlap is intentional. The wedge is proctored skill proof and a verified scorecard after your verbal screen, plus resume flags and match scores for call prep. Most teams keep Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or your ATS and paste one TalentProof intake link per role.
Are you trying to become our ATS?
